[10] This is it!

WOOOH. Finally done enlisting for my first semester as a senior. Whew! Another brain-frying experience if I may say so myself. xD I even watched a TVXQ performance before I enlisted just for good luck. Haha. Anyway, here's my schedule so far:


I took the plunge and got Sir Sev as my thesis adviser. He was my Public Relations teacher and I definitely had fun in his class. I just hope I made the right choice in getting him. My thesis partners, Bea and Bianca got bad random numbers so they'll be enlisting a few hours later than me. Hopefully, they get into the same class as me. If not, I WILL BE SO DEAD. O_O

I might have to change my classes and schedule if they don't get in the same thesis class. I really don't want to work on my thesis alone. :( *fingers crossed* As for my other com elective, I decided to take up Copywriting. From what I heard, it's a tough class. But my motto for this semester is NO GUTS NO GLORY. So I'm gonna try my best to survive this difficult class. As for my free elective, European Cinema yo! It wasn't exactly part of my initial choices. But I figured that one chillax class wouldn't hurt. And Father Nic is a really fun professor. I took up his Asian Cinema class last year and I had a blast. And an A too. LOL.

History166, Philo103, Theo151. I am just hoping that I good professors for these subjects. I chose them based on vague feedback from my friends. So these are basically leaps of faith. Haha. Now all I have to do is wait for my thesis partners to get enlisted then I'm all set. Please please please I hope they get into the same class. Huhuhu

[09] SHINee 2nd anniversary

Before anything else, I'd like to greet SHINee a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY~! ^^

It's been 2 years since their debut last May 25, 2008! YAY~ And yes, I deliberately used an old old photo of them. Because THIS is the SHINee that I fell in love with. They've gone through several make-overs but their Amigo look is by far my favorite. ^^

So to celebrate their 2nd anniversary, Karen and I met up for another mall-hopping adventure. Our first stop was Gateway. We didn't exactly do anything there. But that's where we met up. After a few minutes of chatting, we took a cab to SM Megamall. I was supposed to have my DSLR serviced at the Columbia store. Unfortunately, I had to find out the heard way that only the main office does such things. I was reluctant to leave Yunho D60 (Yes, my camera has a name. xD) with them so I just asked for the main office's address.

After the disappointing trip to Columbia store, we headed to Etude House which was only a few shops away. I bought a bottle of nail polish in a super nice shade of blue. Since we didn't have anything else to do, we walked around aimlessly. A few shops later, we decided to head over to Eastwood to eat lunch at Kogi Bulgogi.

The place had a really nice ambience. And the food was really delicious. I had Sam Gyup Sal and Kimchi fried rice. There goes the 5 pounds I lost last week. LOL.

Shoes! LOL. The place was packed when we got there so we had to wait for a table. Karen insisted on a shot of our shoes so here it is. LOL. I'm the one wearing the black high-cut Keds. I must say, I simply adore them. Haha. They're so comfy and I wear them the whole day without my feet feeling suffocated. And they're not too expensive. ^^ I'm thinking of getting another pair. But in a different color and not high-cut. As for Karen's shoes, they're Gola. I absolutely love the color. :D Being her self-proclaimed stylist, I was the one who chose it when she went shoe-shopping. Haha.

Chicken Kalbi! This is what Karen ordered. It looked really delicious but I didn't get to try it. No biggie~ My order was super delicious anyway. Haha.

This is a sample of Karen's stealth photography. LOL. Nevermind me acting like a 4D person. See that guy next to me? We have no idea who is he. But he looked so much like Kibum from UKISS that we had to take a picture. xD Um, he looks kinda weird there coz he was eating and talking. But we swear on our fangirl lives that he is practically Kibum's twin. Haha. We think he's Atenean since he was wearing a Get-Blued shirt. So he's probably an alumnus or a student there. ^^ Schoolmate! Haha. Who ever you are, please Google: KIBUM UKISS. You will see your long lost twin. xD

Lunch at Kogi Bulgogi was probably the highlight of our day. We had great food, enjoyed the Kpop songs they were playing and saw a Kpop clone. Haha. I think we laughed like complete idiots when they started playing UKISS' Bingeul Bingeul. LOL. Unfortunately, they never played any SHINee song while we were there. But we heard songs from 2PM, Kara, Beast, T-Ara.

Anyway, we ended the day with a quick trip to Red Mango. Karen was too full so I ordered by myself. After eating, we both felt really sleepy so we went back to Cubao and went our separate ways. I went straight home, changed my clothes and fell on my bed exhausted.

All in all, it was a quiet celebration. But I had fun. Till next year!

This is my first time posting something like this here. So please pardon me, my non-existent readers. xD I usually post entries of this sort on LJ. But I felt like posting one here. :3

You see this perfectly dorky adorable handsome man? I think I might just be a little sort of kind of maybe in love with him. Haha. That's what I've always felt since......uhhhhhhh........2007? xD

He wasn't really my initial favorite in Super Junior. Heck, he wasn't even my second favorite. I used to like Heechul and Kibum over him. But know I can't remember why. Okay, okay. This is me being overly bias. But it's true! I've always wondered why Siwon didn't catch my eye right from the start. I kinda regretted all those months of just ignoring him. :O But hey, I don't regret my previous Heechul!bias. He still is my second favorite. :3

When I finally got to see Super Junior in the flesh, I could not believe how gorgeous Siwon was. Seriously, he was so ridiculously perfect, I hurt. Makes you wonder how God could tease you with such a creation. ;_;

KYAAAAAA~ This is just too cute! Sorry I couldn't resist. I just had to post this. See how awesome he is? He absolutely adores kids. And I absolutely adore him for adoring kids. Most guys would probably cringe at the sight of them.

And what about THIS gorgeous man? Don't kill me, please. But I think I might just be a little sort of kind of in love with him too. /bricked THE SMILE! HOW CAN ANYONE RESIST THE SMILE?

Jung Yunho. I may not have seen you in person yet. But you've captured whatever was left of my heart. So many people are losing faith in you. They're blaming you for what's happening. And might they end up being right. But I'll always believe in you. I won't judge you because I have no right to. I can only hold on to my wish that someday you'll gather your members. And the five of you will take the stage once more. Only this time, you would've forged a deeper kind of friendship. TVXQ FIGHTING!

P.S. If one day you end up being with anyone besides Jaejoong, I won't get angry. Knowing that you're happy will be enough.

[07] Big Bang Philippines' 5th Gathering

So this is my long overdue post for BBPH's 5th gathering held last May 8, 2010 (Tropicana Hotel). Yes, yes. Late post is late. But better late than never right? LOL. So here I am taking the time to actually update this blog. xD

Banner design by Mish. ^^ This is probably the only decoration we put up. Well, except the photowall. But yeah, we were too busy minding other stuff to actually care about the decorations. I didn't even know we were still gonna have a new banner made. So yay to Mish for this awesome (as usual) tarp. ^^

5th gathering, yo! We had our 4G last September 2009. So I was really excited to help organize the 5G too. Like last time, I was in charge of the program and games. We screened Big Bang's Electric Love Tour dvd so I really didn't need to make a full-blown program. We just had one "major" game, raffled some posters, came up with this ridiculously amusing guess-that-kpop-song game and we were all set. xD Although I have to admit, I had a difficult time finishing the Star Golden Bell (BBPH version) game. For one, I wasn't updated on the Big Bang fandom anymore. It's kinda my fault since I've been spending too much time on other fandoms. But coming up with questions and what-not did serve as a refresher for me. So by the end of it, I knew a lot, from Daesung's IQ to Seungri's previous dance group. HUZZAH!

And we had an awesome prize for the SGB game too. Shine A Light Making Photobook! I seriously wanted to keep that for myself. Sadly, being part of the BBPH crew removes me of such rights. Yeah, bummer. We're not allowed to join the games. Especially me, since I'm the one actually coming up with them. ;_; Ah, the perks of being just a member. But that's okay. I love working with the BBPH core and crew.

Aside from being the gamemaster for 5G, I was also the official photographer. But that didn't stop me from having my picture taken with our infamous photowall. ^^ Thanks to Ate Mheann for this shot. :)

Tons of people attended. We did not expect the turnout. At all. I was kinda worried about the attendance since there was another event by another fanclub. And it was a ridiculously hot day. Would people even bother to go? Apparently, lots of them did. ^^ Our target was 80 but 85 people came. That definitely made all the effort worth it.

This picture looks like I'm lecturing them or something. LOL. Round one for the SGB, Big Bang trivia! ^^

And of course I couldn't walk away from there without the customary Yunho!pose. Haha. Sorry if it looks half-hearted. Karen took this photo after the event. By then, I was pretty exhausted from all the standing, running around and shizz.

5G was our most successful gathering yet. I'm glad that the Big Bang fandom in the Philippines is really growing. Big Bang may not be coming to the country soon. But we'll keep supporting them. And maybe one day, they'll finally perform for their Filipino fans. Big Bang FIGHTING! BBPH FIGHTING!
